The copy-paste tax
Paste the numbers in. Prompt until the draft sounds right. Copy it back out into Gmail, Excel, the deck. Nothing is saved, so next Monday starts from zero.
THE LEVEL-UP
AI gets useful when it stops living in one chat tab: tools AI can act in, saved company context, reusable Skills, and a human approval point.

always onTHE FOUNDATION
The goal is not to memorize prompt tricks. The goal is to understand the parts of an AI workflow well enough to reuse them.
Connect AI to the tools work already lives in: Xero, Salesforce, Gmail, WhatsApp, and spreadsheets.
Turn a repeated task into a saved workflow with steps, inputs, checks, and output formats.
Give AI the company facts, examples, and rules it needs before it writes or acts.
PROOF
The Business version uses the same hands-on method from real training deliveries: build from live documents, package the workflow, and leave with something the team can reuse.

TRAINER
AFTER THE WORKSHOP
The workshop is the starting point. What comes after helps the team keep using, fixing, and improving the workflow.
You build one real AI business workflow live, on your own documents and rules.
A 1-2 hour review fixes breaks and tightens the workflow after real use.
New examples and tool notes help the setup stay current as AI tools move.

FAQ
The practical details before you join, or before you bring this to HR, L&D, or your business lead.
No. The workshop is built for business users. The technical parts are packaged so participants can use them without learning software development.
Claude or Codex, the two AI systems I run my own business on. Both work in plain English. Each session runs on one of them, agreed with you beforehand. Every participant leaves with an account set up, tools connected, and their company context loaded.
A laptop, an account for the session’s AI tool, one repetitive workflow idea, and sample documents or outputs from the current process. Pre-work walks you through the install, ideally the day before. Anyone who misses it gets set up on Day 1 morning.
No. Workshop workflows can prepare drafts and run assisted steps, but client sends, pricing, claims, and system changes stay behind human approval.
Repeated work with clear inputs and outputs: invoice runs, quotations, proposals, weekly reports, board decks, meeting summaries, client follow-ups, and claim packs.
Your company must be a registered levy contributor. The claim runs under SBL (Skim Bantuan Latihan), and I guide the submission step by step.
Yes. The page shows common business examples; the actual workshop is shaped around the workflow your team brings.
